Jacks is turning 8! I can't believe I have an 8 year old child! I'm not old enough for that :)! This is a big one though... he's getting ready for his baptism (and the pinewood derby). I admit I have never been a big fan of scouts, but this little guy is all geared up for it! He loves knots and camping and I'm sure he is going to be all over the super cool badges he can earn for me to HOT GLUE to his ugly blue scout shirt! It has been such a great ride to see this kid grow! He is absolutely amazing and there really is nothing he could ever do to change my mind about that! I am really excited that HE is so excited about being baptized! It's a big deal and he knows it! We took these picts tonight because he wants me to make a baptismal invitation to send out to his family and friends. He is such a planner!!! Didn't get that one from me... I'm more of a fly by the seat of my pants kind of girl. I wish I could be more like him!!!!!

I taught his primary class yesterday. I can't believe how big that group of kids is getting.
