Nanna's Garden

Yesterday my kids and I had alot of fun painting and planting flower pots for my mom (their nanna :)! My mom is such an amazing mom and nanna and woman in general! She finds happiness in the simplest things and has taught us all to be grateful for what we have been blessed with! I appreciate her so much! I have always felt close to her, but becoming a mother myself has helped me understand just how much blood, sweat, and tears she puts into me (never mind my other two sisters and two brothers who really give her a run for her money)!

My little brother Zach had done the same thing with his daughter. That should scare me a little that we were thinking alike :)! But it was fun to fill her porch with our little garden! Happy Mother's Day Mom!

Great minds do think alike! But I think it just show's Zach's more feminine side:) I guess it's a good thing though...cause pretty sure I should be the thinking of the 'flowery' gifts?!

I absolutely love my custom flower pots!! Each time I look out on my deck my heart melts! There is nothing that compares to be a Nanna! Sorry kids (my own) but this grandparent thing is way better than parenthood!! love ya'll! Nanna
