toothless brothers

Both the boys lost a tooth last Friday night! It was fun because they are both so different and they deal with things so differently!
Jackson's tooth has been loose for a few weeks and it was barely hanging by a thread.
Caleb just discovered his tooth was loose a few days ago and it was just a little wiggly.
Jackson didn't want to wiggle his tooth too much because he hates losing teeth. The kid can't part with anything! (He still has his baby blanket under his pillow at night :).
Caleb on the other hand, was shaking because he was yanking on his tooth so hard! He succeeded in ripping it out with his bare hands!
Jackson was still crying over the thought of losing his tooth and took some serious coaxing to even wiggle it. Finally it came out, and he posed next to his wacky little brother for this cute toothless grin photo!
Caleb couldn't wait to shove his tooth under his pillow for the tooth fairy to find.
Jackson added his lost tooth to the little bag of lost teeth he keeps in his top drawer (gross hu). Jacks wouldn't think of turning it over to the tooth fairy and I have no idea what he intends to do with them.
My little sis and her hubby were at our house and both played very important roles in the whole ordeal! Thanks Kim and Ryan :).They even took the boys for a treat when it was over!
I love both my boys so much and love that they are so different!
I love that Jackson is so sensitive and sentimental about everything.
I also love that Caleb is so daring and adventurous!
The great thing is that despite their differences they are the best of friends!
ANd the tooth fairy rewarded both of them for keeping those teeth so nice and shiny!

They sound exactly like my boys!! Ethan is our thoughtful sensitive one and Collin, well he's just crazy. Ethan will be bummed, he hasn't lost any teeth yet, poor kid.

I love that they lost them together. That will totally be one of those stories that they will retell for years and years. Your post was so cute and I loved the whole thing.

Way to go boys! C lost her bottoms ones this past month. It is good becasue the other ones had already started coming in. She is like J though and would not wigle it for fear it would fall out. (She swallowed the first one so maybe that was the trauma) We sure miss you guys!

How fun for them! The tooth fairy barely remembers one at our house.. two would be a big deal :-)

Wow, it sounds very eventful. I personally don't look forward to my kids losing teeth... I'm kinda weird with that, and so is Greg. It'll be a lot of fun!
